Nowadays with iPods and the like passengers can bring their own, tailor made, in flight entertainment.
The flight wasn't too bad after all and went by a lot faster than I thought it would. I even managed some sleep. You are right...lots of people were relying on their own personal entertainment systems (e.g. iPads).
